We walk into a house and she points out everything she notices (good and bad). We were looking in Livermore, Castro Valley, and Hayward Hills and she was very knowledgeable when it comes to neighborhoods, schools, and more. She is very friendly and punctual. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Max stepped in and walked us through the entire contract on the phone which was very helpful to us as first-time home buyers. But having lived in my new condo for close to half a year now, I am really glad I went with Max Devries. His team was really responsive, from scheduling showings of listings, to contract negotiation (we negotiated to a little below the asking price), and to all the steps involved in the closing process (including getting the seller's agent to provide documents they were slow in providing).
